Terms

Pensel is a personal demonstration project run and funded by Majd Jamal in Stockholm, Sweden.

100 posters are offered in this demo, shared across all visitors, at the demo price shown at checkout and with free delivery. Once all 100 have been ordered, ordering closes, but you can still create artwork.

A crossed-out “350 kr” shows an estimated value for illustration only. It is not a previous selling price. You pay the demo price shown at checkout.

You must be 18 or older to order a poster. Delivery is available to EU countries, Iceland and Norway, as listed at checkout.

You can generate up to 20 artworks per network address (IP address). People using the same internet connection share this allowance.

Pensel uses AI to create images from your words. You can keep your artwork for personal use, print it again or give it as a gift.

Generated artwork may appear in the public gallery. Your name, email address and prompt are not displayed alongside it.

Please do not request illegal or hateful content, depictions of real identifiable people, or other people’s trademarks or characters. I may decline to print artwork in these categories and will explain why.

Posters are printed to order through Gelato and shipped unframed in protective packaging. Estimated delivery is 6–12 business days, with delivery costs covered by me.

I place print orders manually and share the artwork and the delivery details Gelato needs to fulfil them.

Your confirmation email includes your order number and a copy of your artwork.

If your poster arrives damaged or misprinted, or does not arrive, email hello@majdjamal.se with your order number. I’ll arrange a replacement at no cost. Please report problems promptly so I can resolve them.

If a parcel is returned because the delivery details were incorrect, contact me. I can arrange another delivery while posters remain available.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.

Pensel stores your prompts and generated images. If you order a poster, it also collects your name, delivery address, email address and phone number to process and deliver your order.

The site’s deletion schedule is:

• Delivery details are removed from order records 90 days after the order date.
• Contact messages are deleted 90 days after submission.
• Activity log entries are deleted 180 days after they are recorded. Generation-limit records are deleted 180 days after they were last used.
• Application logs are retained for 30 days and do not contain email addresses.

You can request earlier deletion by emailing hello@majdjamal.se.

The Privacy Notice explains what information is collected, which service providers receive it, how long it is retained and your data protection rights.
